My area rug was picked up for cleaning by a very pushy, argumentative individual who demanded payment in full prior to completing the service. I had already arranged with the companies office to pay half at pickup and half on completion and return of my rug. I have fulfilled my payment obligation, however, the area rug was returned to me still having urine smells and two very small pieces of straw on it, leaving me to question if it was actually cleaned at all.
