I called this place a few times. The first time, the call was disconnected after I got a quote of $99 for my third floor apartment. The second time I spoke with Russ and was quoted a price of $120 even with my apartment being on the third floor. I called and spoke with Russ again to confirm my appointment with the same info and it was confirmed. Now fast forward to today.
