Very poor work... Cap kept failing out, Then was told to get a gold cap $1000.00...Then that fell out twice was told tooth was to decayed to do anything with it... No refund.. Stay away from this crook
Guy is a crook.
The front desk receptionist is extremely nice and helpful! However, Dr Hippensteel spends very little, if any time on your teeth. Barely cleans your teeth, yet says it was a deep cleaning and requires an out of pocket payment of $40+. I've had regular cleanings every 6 months my entire life, excellent teeth, zero cavities and upon my 2nd visit he said I had periodontal disease and must spend $300 for a deep scaling. For 7 months Dr. Hippensteel tried to fix my crown. Even though I told him every time it did not feel right he would say "looks great"......the crown popped out of my mouth twice and finally after a remold it was even worse than the first time. Finally I went to get a second opinion and they were shocked with the poor work that was done on my crown. I asked for a refund and only a small portion was given back.
