Hi Park "Luxury" made as cheap as possible. From the outside these look like nice modern apartments.......... and then you move in. First off the walls and ceilings are so thin with zero sound barriers that you can hear everything your neighbors are doing and i do mean absolutely everything. If you end up living in the pet building be prepared to listen to unruly dogs 24/7. Even when you bring it up to the manager nothing changes.
