HIP has been very responsive to all maintenance requests put in and have not had any major problems since moving in a few months ago. We have had a few bug issues, but HIP has sent exterminator after each call.
I have appreciated the open communication and the timeliness that things are resolved also the leasing agent Derek has been great.
