While nice people, I never felt my business was appreciated. Despite a hefty bill, I haven’t felt confident with the service I was provided as I have had continuing tax issues that were to be resolved with little to no communication let alone assistance. I had an initial meeting with a cpa who came recommended and was pawned off to an assistant who did help greatly through initial confusion but after the return process was “completed” I feel written off as Ive received more notices from what was to be a resolved tax year.
