Phenomenal creative work done here. From my son’s engagement ring for his fiancé (which Alan created from her wishes) to my redesign of my wedding and engagement ring for my 27th anniversary, to the updating of much of the jewelry my mother left me, he has been sensitive to our needs, meticulous with craftsmanship and very very warm and friendly. Also a wonderful staff and communication. We travel 30 miles to go here and it is well worth it.
We've been purchasing from Alan for years, and their service and selection is wonderful. Alicia is who we typically work with, and she is very accommodating and knowledgeable about building custom pieces.
