I was late for my appointment on my last two visits but was accommodated for my needs by a bright and cheerful staff who had to rearrange their day (perhaps inconveniencing other patients for which I am very sorry!) to fit in my teeth cleaning and a crown replacement . I hope that their quick reaction to suit my needs with perfection allowed them to recover their normally busy schedule and satisfy the needs of other patients.
