Awesome customer service awesome staff. I was in a bad way in need of help for parts for my truck and they went above and beyond to help me get rolling. When ever I pass through there and I am in need of service ,this is where I will go! Buy the way I was in need of a fix for my fuel water separater that loves truck stop screwed up on.
It was quick unload, and the staff was great I was delivering a parts. This place was a Volvo dealer they don’t have a docks but they will unload your truck with a hand jack, particularly it was not bad at all. I will recommend to a five star.
Recently I was passing through Jackson and needed some Hino supplies right away. I had the pleasure of dealing with the team at Old River and was super impressed by everyone that I dealt with while I was there. Carolyn(receptionist I believe) and Tim were amazing! They were SUPER HELPFUL and got right to the point. Often times when you go to a truck dealership they act like they're doing you a favor but that was certainly not the case with this team over at Old River. Great prices and a great experience, thank you!
