Parts department has arbitrary hours. Parts hotline says close at 7. Sign on window says 6. Yet sometimes they close at 5. Twice in the last month I've sent drivers there for will-call before 5 and parts dept was already closed. Went there myself last week and had to endure 10 minutes of the parts girl talking to a customer about her neices and nephews, why she didn't go to college, needing a vacation, going to San Diego, and her digestive problems. Takes forever to get anything and no one ever will pick up the phone to do will calls useless.....
Terrible. Can not get thru on the phone. Not enough staff if you go in person. Get parts from somewhere else
