Very thorough, explained the procedures, put me at ease, and I left with a sigh of relief. Thank you, Brenna and Gabby!
Scheduling was quick. I did have 2 wait about 2 months which was a downside. Checking in was fast, even though I’ve been there before the girl from registration walked me to the breast area to wait. A team member came fairly quickly to take me to the waiting room and dressing room. There were a few people also waiting but time went fast. The mammo technician was super nice and friendly. When I went for US the tech was also very nice. Both made sure everything the radiologist needed was there before I left.
I received excellent care from beginning to end. Scheduling and check in was flawless and easy. Wait time was minimal. The interactions with the team member, and the quality of care provided was excellent. I had a needle biopsy and was scared when I arrived. But the team members were kind an sympathetic and made me feel better. I do not see room for improvement. Thank you Bay Care.
