We've had Hinkley lights throughout our home for years. We love the quality, style and customer support. We recently moved to a new home and needed to add some stems to existing lights. I provided the wrong product item # to CS and they shipped the wrong item (my fault). I called back and they corrected the issue and didn't charge me for the replacement. In my opinion, that's awesome CS support. Thank you Hinkley. Customer for life!
Bought over 20 landscaping deck lights. Half of them are now dead and Hinkley will not honor their lifetime warranty. They won't even bother responding to your emails. Not the same company since the CEO (Rick) has passed. Penny wise, dollar foolish. In line with every other reviews here. Shop elsewhere.
Not helpful at all on a fan we shipped back. We have the UPS tracking number and they could not help.
Purchased and installed for a client an Indy Max fan and I am very pleased with the result. Fan is beautiful and extremely quiet even at high speed. I called customer service for help to pair the remote and was given very specific instructions that got the fan running properly in no time. I would definitely buy a Hinkley again in the future.
