Nothing to do with the product I was at the office fishing a pond they have in front it's clearly for people to fish I was told by a worker to leave Karen worker because it's private property with no posted signs

Ordered a Hinkley fan/light in our new home 3 years ago. The LED light never worked right. It has now failed and Hinkley won’t honor the warranty because it was bought by a home builder. $78.24 plus shipping for a LED replacement light. If your thinking about buying a Hinkley fan with a light DON’T

We've had Hinkley lights throughout our home for years. We love the quality, style and customer support. We recently moved to a new home and needed to add some stems to existing lights. I provided the wrong product item # to CS and they shipped the wrong item (my fault). I called back and they corrected the issue and didn't charge me for the replacement. In my opinion, that's awesome CS support. Thank you Hinkley. Customer for life!

Bought over 20 landscaping deck lights. Half of them are now dead and Hinkley will not honor their lifetime warranty. They won't even bother responding to your emails. Not the same company since the CEO (Rick) has passed. Penny wise, dollar foolish. In line with every other reviews here. Shop elsewhere.
