Not helpful at all on a fan we shipped back. We have the UPS tracking number and they could not help.
Purchased and installed for a client an Indy Max fan and I am very pleased with the result. Fan is beautiful and extremely quiet even at high speed. I called customer service for help to pair the remote and was given very specific instructions that got the fan running properly in no time. I would definitely buy a Hinkley again in the future.

Purchased one of their fans via Wayfair. It was missing some screws. On a Sunday afternoon called their support line at the number provided in their directions and after 10 minutes of being told how important to them I am they gave me the option of calling me back, keeping my place in the queue. I took it. Went on line to see if I could get some support. Low and behold they only take calls M-F.
