My son has always had anxiety when going to the dentist, but not today! Thank you very much for a great visit!
Today was our first visit to HPD. It was a great experience. My kids Loved it. They can't wait to go back. (Their words) Dr. Young was very pleasant and made everyone feels comfortable. She did a through exam and asked loads of questions about my daughter's treatment. She has braces from another office. I highly recommend this office for your little ones. There are also loads of distractions for your little ones that may not like visiting the dentist. TV's over the exam chairs was a big hit with my kids.
My daughter had her first dentist appointment today & Dr. Caroline was superb. Calm, kind & clearly understands little ones. My daughter has already asked when we can go back!
I brought my 6yr old daughter who needs a bunch of dental work after finding out that she has 8 cavities (yikes!). The dental office that I brought her to refered us to Dr. Young bc she uses nitrous oxide, is pediatric and best of all......takes my ins. (hard to find a pedi dentist that takes met life dental). Dr. Young was wonderful! I was very embarrassed (to say the least) that my daughters teeth are so bad. Dr. Young was very nice and never once reprimanded me. What an amazing experience we had. Everyone was so patient and friendly with our young daughter. We got great advice om how to care for our daughter's teeth. We will be back.
Edited to update. The doctor called to apologize for miscommunication and she was able to explain things over the phone and offer updated Ada recommendations. Totally changed my frustrated attitude and disappointment.
