Chris is a very knowledgable coach and all around good guy. In 4 sessions I learned more from him about body mechanics than I did in the past 20 yrs. He wants to see people get better and he knows how to make that happen. You can watch all of the lifting videos you want but there is nothing like tailored feedback from a great coach.
