I pulled in, and they were super busy. I started to leave, planning to come back later, and they actually came out and told me to come on in. They were so nice, and I had a tire at a great price, in no time. One of their guys came out to help me get back out on the road, because the traffic was so heavy. When I need tires, I will be going back
I traveled from Montana to do a vehicle trade when I got down to Alabama the car that I picked up did not have good tires. all the places I searched wanted way too much money because of the size of the rims I had on. Hines Tire not only help me out with two tires but for $240 which was an incredible price got me right in got them on the car so I can head back to Montana. I came in got tires looked at guy was so nice and friendly even tipped the nice man. When I got up two days later to motorist flagging me down because my tire was flat. went to Florence location told it was two separate businesses would not receive discount for prior services go back get discount where I got work done( mind you same business name father and son that advertise two locations to service you) Call that location guy needs customer service skills and don't need to answer phone if he does not know how to deal with ... read more
