I went there yesterday to get a tire put on my truck. woke up this morning and its flat and the bead is broke. I called to see if they would make it right. well they said they didnt know what to do. this is the second time this has happened to me and they didnt make it right either time. there will not be a third time. I want be back and suggest no one else does either.

got a tire recently, because they've done great work before. it almost was real bad for my family. apparently they snapped a lug nut off and didn't inform me. and they didn't tighten the rest of them hardly at all. my tire almost fell completely off, glad I caught it in time.
Snapped 2 lug nuts off on each tire we have gotten from them, was driving today and the tire almost came off from where they didn't tighten them enough, called them they just made excuses, cheap used tired terrible work putting them off and on.
This wasn’t my first visit to Hines. I have used both locations for years (Florence & Tuscumbia). Their locations are right on my commute. Their workers are quick to fix your tire to get you back on the road. They’re kind and they go above and beyond to make sure you’re driving on safe, appropriately inflated tires. I appreciate that. And you can count on both locations regardless the weather conditions or temperatures ☀️☔️❄️.
