This is the most unprofessional dental office I have ever been too all they care about is money they will give you the run around before they ever do their job . Never going back to them. And id advise you against it also.
Best Dentist I have ever been to! So gentle and soft spoken. Fully explained everything and charged 20% of what Aspen had quoted. Now I have been going there for years! Never had anything but kindness and the office manager is AMAZING!
He has been my Dentist for 6 years consistently and I have never had anything but a pleasant experience! The whole place is like a family. The assistant is so sweet. And Tiffany that works the front desk is the kindest person I have ever met. I never thought I would enjoy going to the dentist but I really do!
Not great. His assistant is nice, but he particularly wasn’t. He was short and impatient regarding procedures he was taking for a filling. I would assume some one as knowledgeable as him would like to keep his patient informed, but this is not the case. For me particularly, he was completely rude saying that I was being difficult to work with. He was able to remove a very hard to remove tooth with no problem he didn’t leave any of the tooth there either he was very friendly as well
My experience with Dr.Hines was amazing he is a really nice man and very understanding!
