She was suppose to receive the ring in 8 weeks and it has now been 6 MONTHS! The designer keeps giving us the run-around and the owner simply won’t return calls. Stressful, to say the least. What do you do? Sue them in Wyoming? Dispute a charge from 6 months ago? Take a trip to Wyoming? Don’t put yourself in the position my sister is in.
