Medical office is clutter with unfiled paperwork. New client paperwork is very hard to read use to poor paper copies. Dr. William E. Hines failed to give me eye contact during exam. He yelled at me and told me I could not give my 1yr old a snack to keep her quiet. In addition, he was sarcastic with his answers to my questions.
