Mr. Hines was relentless on my behalf when it came to finding a house for my family. He was never too busy to assure my nerves and was very faithful to present us with all the possibilities. He was with us all the way, and now is helping the next generation of our family with their home search
He was fantastic as we were on a house hunt. As soon as we found a home things went down hill quick. He didn't schedule / offer a walk through before closing, so we didn't get a chance to see that things that were supposed to be in the house were taken and the house was not professionally cleaned as requested in contract. As we told him about it he was of no help, didn't answer phone calls or texts. Had to get broker involved. Still nothing. Please find someone else.
