Corporate office is rude!
One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Broken coolers, leaking bottles, no shows for deliveries, hirr8ble customer service.....the list goes on. Never again.
Horrible customer service and drivers me very very rude.
Terrible customer service! As a new customer who was awaiting a first delivery, customer service was very rude. The woman talked to me like I was a child and was so worried about pointing blame at her peers instead of finding solutions. I will stick with my Puritan Springs service where I'm treated with respect.
If I could give negative stars, I would. They continually delivered the wrong amount of water to my door. When I called to tell them to hold delivery, they continued to deliver bottles of water to my house. I have seven bottles in my garage filled with water that they are going to charge me for and I can't use. I paid them for all of this and they sent me to collections.
