Dr. Hinckley was wonderful when he treated my jittery and nervous 10-year old for a root canal. He told my son to raise his hand any time he felt discomfort or pain, and he kept his word as he patiently calmed my son and explained what he was going to do next in terms my son would understand. He was fantastic with my son and soon gained the trust of my son (and me (his mother) & also his father too since we took turns taking my son.) Dr. Hinckley is dedicated and very knowledgeable.
