We found a car we wanted to purchase. My husband told the salesman we would be back in a little bit. When we returned an hour and a half later they had already sold it to someone else!
Shout out to Derya and Colton in service, Kevin in detailing and Tanner in sales. They all had a part today in providing the excellent service that Great America always provides for us. So glad they are part of the Great America team!
Amazing group of people.....
All the sales personel and finance personel are great. They are knowledgable and courtious. Chad and Tanner are great guys that will do whatever they can to get you into the right fit. Brice and Able will go above and beyond to get you into it. All the people are friendly and considerate.
Service department will not return my calls about getting my vehicle in for service, also seems like sales only will talk to you if you want to buy a new car only.

Do not buy from them. Bought Mercedes AMG GLS 63 from them and they didn't pay all the taxes to my local tax office. Sale mgr and owner (Lee) now wanting me to pay the remaining tax of $1,595.27. Sale mgr threaten to take back car if I wanted (hmm didn't he not know that I pay him the $94,000 that we agreed upon?) Bad way to do business at this dealership. BEWARE. will definitely not buy or recommend them again!
