Edit: The owner met with me 08-29-24 to discuss issues and asked to follow up in 3 months. It seems it went well and like they care to fix problems, but time will tell. They are very responsive when I have issues, and communicate well if there are any delays.
Had some issues with a neighbor when first moving in but management seemingly solved the issue. However, management unfortunately changed and things went downhill fast. I had recommended others to live here previously but would never again. Issues such as the ceiling leaking did not get fixed, they sent someone who literally just looked and said he would come back but never did.
