Went in here at 7:25 PM and the guy rudely told me they were closed. I guess lazy people want to close early and turn away business. They don't close until 8 by the way. Waste of a trip. 0/10.
Was a fast service but the nails were done so far from my cuticle and filed much shorter then the length it was cut to, really disappointing because I can’t afford to get my nails done regularly and this was a treat, I was also charged more that the price on the price menu, a couple nails are also slightly skew.
Highly recommend Lily for pedicure! She was attentive, mindful, and helped pick out colors. Jacob took care of my nails with gel soak off and it was nice, they also cut and shape your nails as part of the soak off.
My manicurist was extremely thorough during the whole gel manicure process. I appreciated the time she took to get everything right. I also liked that she used a gel polish remover on my nails versus just grinding off the old polish. She gave me a great hand/upper arm massage after the manicure that felt great. My daughter's manicure was fine but she said the manicurist was a little rough with filing and it hurt a bit.
I hate when businesses become money hungry. The prices started out good but my last visit was terrible. My nail tech did what he wanted and he wasn't in the best mood no listening to my request. Then charged me $80! No rhinestones either. I wont be returning. This is why nail shops are closing down. Stick to press ons or go else where
