Dr. Hilty is very kind and is good at what he does. He is also polite and kind to his co-workers and works efficiently.
My permanent wire retainer dettached from my tooth while on a ski vacation in Aspen CO... these folks repaired it on a walk-in appointment within 30 minutes (and for a very reasonable price). Yay
Hilty's office was a good one, but with its flaws too. I was expected to wait for long periods of time not only in the waiting room, but in the chair too. Occasionally his responses to treatment were vague and unclear. Also their attention is not consistent for each patient which was frustrating at times. The environment is very comfy however and their staff are very warm and friendly. He is a pretty good orthodontist, would recommend to anyone in the Roaring Fork valley.
We highly recommend Dr. Jack Hilty as an orthodontist for your children. He is precise, caring and friendly.
