I think Hilts auto repair is the best mechanic shop in town. They are great at customer service as well as quality of work. They are honest people and I think that is something which we all expect from our mechanics. Highly recommend this business.
As a female, it's so difficult to walk into a shop that doesn't try to take advantage of you with unnecessary repairs or overcharging. I can't speak highly enough about the guys at Hilts. They are always transparent and completely honest, even if it's clear I have no idea what they are talking about. They've always made a point to fit me in if urgent issues come up with my vehicle and go the extra mile. Woke up to find my car had a flat tire and called 3 other places only to be told that they were booked until December. So impressed they were able to get me in immediately.
Took my truck in with no appointment. Great service and a very clean, organized shop. Staff is friendly.
