Awesome place
This place is an embarrassment to America and especially to Texas. So bad, that I didn't even check in. Had a reservation through TravelPerk but at the time of making the reservation I was told that availability would be dependent upon what is available at check in. Okay, it's a Hilton. It can't be that bad, right? Wrong! Upon arrival I asked them to confirm what they had available and that I may need to upgrade because my company made the reservation for me.
