We came to town for our nieces volleyball tournament check in was amazing the lady allowed us to check in early because her games started at 3 🥰 which was a relief. The room was beautiful and clean and not to mention the view from our room is beautiful peaceful and just oh so lovely. We had a small issue which was fixed immediately which is extra nice. The fact this place doesn’t let you extend your stay is alittle ridiculous especially weeks out from my reservation. What kind of hotel doesn’t let you extend your stays? That’s literally makes 0 sense to me.
Absolutely loved my stay here & will return when I’m back in Dallas, Convenient parking outside next to the hotel, Fast elevators & multiple Starbucks in the lobby Extremely kind & professional hotel front desk & have wonderful communication House keeping is extremely kind & make the room spotless Valet is very friendly & fast The rooms are very spacious with a nice amount of sunlight Lots of towels Comfortable beds & noise canceling walls. Never heard my neighbor. Loved loved loved my stay!
