The rooms were nice but the staff/manager was rude.
Bed Bugs!! Bed Bugs!! Bed Bugs!!!!!!!!!!!!! This Hotel is infested with bed bugs!! Room 838 and the entire 6th floor is infested with bed bugs!!!! The Manager was completely unhelpful and refused to give my brother a refund because the room was discounted. Not to mention that we are diamond members. This situation was not resolved, and they did not offer any type of compensation for the inconvenience that it caused including multiple bug bites.
Upon arriving, the digital key would not unlock the door so I had to schlep all my stuff down to the front desk for a key. From what the desk clerk said, this was not surprising nor uncommon. Room 407 stunk like old urine. The stench was so strong I finally asked for a different room knowing I couldn't sleep with that, and worrying that my clothes would take on the smell.
