Horrible service would not recommend front desk clerk was not trying to solve no issues I had
Do no book thru a third party they do not honor any request you put on there customer service was trash I would not recommend hotel
Delisha at the front desk is particularly wonderful. She’s friendly, kind, always helpful when needed, and genuinely seems happy to see me arrive. She’s an outstanding person and very professional!!!
Arnita was great and her customer service was great. She most definitely needs a raise. She was the main reason I kept coming back to breakfast.
Terrible experience checking in. The employee asked for name and ID and then didn't say another word. Didn't tell us what room we were in, didn't tell us we got the upgrade request, didn't tell us about happy hour, didn't even say "welcome" or "enjoy your stay" or whatever. We had to look in the key card holder to find out what room we were in.
