The rooms are pretty clean. Can't watch Netflix on the outdated televisions. The shower had one door missing, so the floor flooded. Made a request on reservation to be near exit or elevator and as a diamond member, they still put me in a room furthest possible from an exit. The male bartender I've had both times is a real pleasure. He is very personable to everyone. He is always the highlight of the stay. It's worth the stay and I'd stay again.

The hotel itself was fantastic. i always come to this hotel, but this time i was disappointed in the service i received. I called the front desk for washcloths and was told they were going to be brought to the room. I also asked for an extra blanket and was told it would be brought to the room. I never received the washcloths or the extra blanket. I had to use bath towels for the remainder of my stay which was 2 days after i requested both items. I also had to go purchase my own extra cover.

I stayed at this location 30 years ago? So we decided to spend our 30 anniversary there. Considering I've been a honors member for years I requested a upgrade? Unfortunately that wasn't possible. The hotel was sold out. When I went into my room it was truly outdated the only thing that was upgraded had been the bathroom? They had teen hockey teams there with young people running the hallways after hours? Which was dangerous considering we were on the 10th floor. The fire alarm went off we told to leave the building?
