I stayed here with my family on August 28th. Shortly after arriving in the evening, my wife and daughter went down to the pool. They came back upset telling me, a group of teenagers were trying to grab my wifes butt, then when my wife told them to stop, they tried pushing her head under water. I informed the front desk, then spoke with security. Security said, it was time to close the pool area and my wife would need to come back down to point out the people who did this. We had a wonderful experience with Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Lombard Oak Brook. We originally arranged a room block here for guests attending a wedding, but when the wedding family unexpectedly ran into issues with their Airbnb accommodations, they needed to relocate the entire family to the hotel on very short notice.
