Staying on the 5th floor which was very recently renovated since my last stay. The remodel was completed very nicely and brings new life to what was a very dated hotel. It looks like they are currently working on the 4th floor so I would recommend staying on 5 if you want a new, fresh room.
We have been waiting for our room since 10:00am. Needed early check in to get ready for a wedding. We have now been waiting 3 hours and still no room. I see housekeeping completing rooms. I know rooms have been cleaned....not sure why they won't give us a room. Poor service :( I wouldn't book here for group events.
Great indoor pool, restaurant on the premises, live entertainment certain nights, trivia certain nights, outdoor seating area, decent gym, clean rooms, great water pressure in the shower
We found it conveniently located off the freeway with a comfortable bed and delicious buffet breakfast.
