Booked a room here for two nights on 2-27-2026 through Egencia, and when I arrived on March 10th to check in, they claimed they did not have a room for me and booked me a hotel 15 minutes away, claiming Egencia did this, which was a lie. As I was waiting to talk to a manager, people were walking in and checking in. I am also a Hilton Honors Gold member. When I called Egencia, they were not even aware of this. Be aware! Wonderful staff
Older hotel (prior Radisson) but over time it keeps getting better. The receptionist was very friendly as was the bar tender and food server. Always appreciate being able to oreder food late when travelling, I think the kitchen is open til 11pm
