If I could give zero stars I would. 1. Doesn’t answer the phone, website not clear. I couldn’t get any details before showing up in the hotel lobby. 2. Room wasn’t clean. Multiple hairs that were not mine all over the room, including on the towel I used after my shower, and it left the hair on me. 3. Room was humid and not well temperature controlled. 4. No one ever came to clean the room during a 3 night stay. I had to ask for more linens because they didn’t give me enough and never came to replenish, or even take the trash... read more
Front desk clerk was extremely unfriendly no smile either encounter check in/out and she acted like she would rather be anywhere else
The staff is always on top of their game. Hotel of choice when staying in Cary.
This hotel was not even what I would consider mediocre. The rooms are very old, the hotel itself had an odor. Couch and chair were super uncomfortable and dingy. All furniture super old. We had no linens for the sleeper sofa but front desk staff informed we would need to pick them up from there. Unfortunately when you're used to staying at Marriott, other hotels just don't compare.
