Horrible customer service! The staff could not be bothered, Jasmine was the rudest of all of the staff and proven to be a liar after I called Hilton Honors. The room and staff are beyond and by far not Hilton standards. The shower was gross with visible hairs in it and the final straw were bugs/roaches in the closet. I called the front desk and the afternoon staff was just as rude, asking me what do I want her to do about it?! I’m thinking in my head, your job? My wife and I got married here 10 years ago. Didn’t recognize it until I walked in the lobby.
The hotel had virtual checkin and out which was an awesome experience. The room was clean. Breakfast had a variety of items. The downer: The front desk staff was extremely rude when we inquired about the location of clean pool towels. We repeated our inquiry twice, as she had initially disregarded our request and appeared bothered. The pool was dirty, cloudy, and full of small particles. No standards for housekeeping, major problems just in their own processes that I cannot trust that my personal belongings were clean after they were in there. Staff was ok, management was very responsive and courteous, but seem to be out of control with their cleaning personnel. The hotel is dated and worn. Food was ok. Workout room ok. This is by far the worst Hilton we have stayed in. The rooms are not at all what is pictured. They are dark and everything is dated. I would not recommend staying at this Hilton unless you absolutely have to do so. Our sheets had blood on them.. they did switch our rooms it smells like cigarette smoke it’s all disgusting! Highly disappointed. Would’ve left but room already paid for and unrefundable. Ugh this is horrible.. DO NOT stay here.
