Two wings of the hotel. B wing has no working elevators, stairwells are disgusting, my room smells like Marijuana and faces a dumpster, bathroom toiletries don't even make sense (2 shampoos, 0 body wash), sitting area has no furniture to sit on. There are rags propping all the stairwell doors open. Doorstops cost nothing. This is a complete disaster and fraud.
Great rooms. Perfect price point. I always stay here when I co.e to town. The cookies!!! Need I say more??
We've been here several times and keep returning only because the location is convenient for our business trip. However, rooms are rather worn out, pool is out of order, and breakfast, such as it is, which isn't much, should be free. I get better value at Best Western. Update 08/31/25 They screwed up our reservation and, even though we are regular customers, they refused to adjust anything. If you have other options, I definitely recommend that you pursue those. Never staying at this location again. We have a family and relied on the sofa bed for our stay, however the sofa bed thats supposed to be included was missing from the room, requiring some of us to sleep on the floor. The only chair available was the rolling desk chair. The sink is located in the main room, not in the bathroom like the photos online show. If I knew the room was going to be like this, I would have booked somewhere else, even a motel 6.. worst experience at any hotel ive been to.
