We pull up towing a trailer. Could not see where we could park. Called the front desk and Iman not only came out and walked to show us were we would fit in the the trailer, but by the time we gathered our items to come is, she met us in the back with our keys and shows us a quicker way to enter the hotel and get to our room. To state the obvious, the service is excellent 👌
Pros: $15 hotel credit per person per night for Gold Honor membership (we had two people, so $30), convenient location, close to malls and shopping centers, and major highways. Cons: amenities are pretty standard, rooms and equipment are not necessarily up-to-date. Overall is hotel provides very high value for your money -- excellent service, good availability, at a reasonable rate.
