Can I give 10⭐️? We received the BEST service by Lena. It was really early in the morning and we just got from the Airport and had an inconvenience with another hotel and she gave her extra to get us a room at that time in the morning. The room was clean and it was more than we needed. We are really thankful for all the staff and their service. I'm a Gold Hilton Honors Member and thankfully this hotel did offer a service at this level

People and rooms are great! Apparently, Hilton is turning HGI into Hamptons. None of the old HGI amenities. Sad
