the Hotel was very clean and they provided exceptional customer service!
Very nice hotel. Love that they have ceiling fans above bed. Staff was great and the food during social hour was really good.
Smoke detector went off for several hours before someone from the front desk could change battery. Maintaince was not working so no immediate attention was done. Management is working on resolution.

There is no Bible in this hotel room! I am 50 years old and I've never stayed in a hotel room that didn't have a Gideon Bible and it! If that is your choice, they might choice is to no longer staying at Hilton!
Due to an unfortunate mishap with a reservation we had made prior with a Best Western hotel (pool was closed upon arrival), we contacted this Hilton Inn at the very last minute. We have passed this hotel while entering Fort Wayne on numerous occasions and have always thought it to be a beautiful hotel. The desk staff was more than helpful in getting us booked for a room within minutes.
