Nice hotel, spacious rooms, clean, and good location.
EDIT: After seeing my review, the sales office fixed their mistake of not changing the contract per the conversation with Andrea. My husband and I blocked off rooms with this hotel for our wedding weekend. We had it booked for $100 a night and as the wedding date came closer the price was dropping and dropping online to as low as what we saw was $83 a night. Sales staff, head chef, and bar staff are on top of their game. They are now the official off site venue for Fort Wayne Comedy Club.
Great location with plenty of parking. My room is a good size and well furnished. I'd happily come again... oh yes, also the front desk and bar/restaurant staff are super friendly and helpful.
Clean but not very helpful if you need something. Disappointed 😞
Room that was booked in advance we arrive and room was NOT cleaned. No other rooms that we booked available. Was offered another room no discount on it the room even though it was totally different than what we had booked. Was offered free breakfast for what other high hotels don't charge for. Asked to speak to a manager , she called and would NOT speak to us. And not available until Wednesday. No cleaning staff on duty until Wednesday.
Rooms were great, staff was amazing, pool and workout area clean and well kept.
Beds were horrible! The staff was very friendly!!
