Be very careful and pay attention to your credit card statement, they will over charge you. Other then that a nice place to stay, Rooms are big and clean.
Of course, when I visited this place the pool was under reconstruction.
It is a huge hotel with hundreds of rooms. Guest service is welcoming and great! However location is away from the Herndon city center, there is nothing nearby in walking distance. It has passed its golden age and look dated. Not well maintain as is going down hill. I think the maintenance team should step up and do a better job. Some of the issues can be fixed easily without much cost, but could drastically improve the overall feel.
