Absolutely bad hotel! Never ever again Waikiki!!!! I think people which liked this, never been at really beautiful places!!!!!
Just spent 5 nights here after a month of travelling US and Canada so was great to wind down here. Great ocean view on 22nd floor. Clean comfortable room. Staff helpful and friendly and great food. Foyer could do with an update though. Helpful travel desk too. Close to beach and shopping. Only complaint is I've sent 3 emails re a pending account transaction to no avail.

Amazing service! We had to check out at 12am but had to wait 8 hours before going to the airport. We were then offered a complimentary 'Hospitality Hotelroom' later that afternoon for an hour to use to shower etc etc before leaving to the airport. Now thats what I call hospitality!

Loved our stay here in Sept 2014! Staff and accommodation was excellent Location was so close to everything . We had the best view too. Hope to return one day soon
