Absoloutely horrible experience stayin thier for our honeymooon ... ... staff were rude as hell after the hilton booked us the wrong room and tried blaming us even still so after we provided proof of what we booked..... we got downgraded and not even a sorry for the mistake not any form of compensation for downgrading rooms either... warning to any future guests double check your bookings... thanks for making our honeymoon unforgetable and not in a good way hilton
We enjoyed our 9 night stay at the hotel. The staff in Mac restaurant are fantastic. A couple of the reception staff are not all that friendly though. We found the rooms clean and roomy. The hotel is in a great location, 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the zoo, pink bus and other buses right outside. We paid for the accommodation when we booked back in June, and I cleared our food bill the night prior to checking out. I then checked on checkout if there was anything else owing and told no.
