As an HGV max owner, we got early check in which was great! Unfortunately, no late check out and our tire came back with a blade from the valet but they said they couldn't do anything about it..
Rooms were amazingly spacious. We booked two connecting rooms. Other than beds two sofa beds were included. As we were a total of 6 people we did not face any issue. The room was super clean and classy. Whole vibe of the place is amazing. Totally recommended!
Loved the staff, location, and amenities, but we came here because we were offered a vacation package and needed to hear out a sales pitch. Our room was tiny, the bathroom door opens in to the hallway so if you're at the counter u would get hit by it. It's valet only, so we couldn't leave at the time we wanted to. Valet is not available from 12am-6am. We like to go stargazing so we couldn't do that either. The rooms are not to the usual HGV level. The couches seem older and feel unclean/greasy, the bathroom shower smelled strongly like mildew, and the door between the two suites was paper thin meaning we heard arguments, TV, and other noises from the neighbors. The layout is narrow more like regular hotel. There is no view of the mountain or lake unless you are on the roof--just the trees. Valley service and team members are great.
