The location is perfect, 6 minutes to heavenly ski resort. Swim pool and spa can help relax after heavy skiing. Room is great, have kitchen and balcony
Amazing hotel right across from heavenly.
Stayed here last year. Great rooms, good service. However due to all the Text messages and aggresive sales push to join Hilton Vacation club, -1 Star. I was on Holiday and didn't need all that pushed at me.
Fridge broke down twice, and food spoiled, twice. I could not speak to manager to complain because he/she was not on-site. I was not given a number for manager, but rather told manager would be in the following day. They will tidy up room upon request, but not without it. They'll want to know what exactly you want done. Hot tube... maybe 3 people fit comfortably. Anything more and you're touching strangers. Heated pool is more like a kiddos pool! The pickle ball on the rooftop is seasonal.
