Great non-casino option, convenient location to the strip. The desk staff was great and we had no hard pitch for the vacation club. Valet parking $25 per 24 h period with in & out privileges - valet staff was awesome. Rooftop has gas grills avail. 1 BR apartment was great size to relax, cook, and work. Very clean. The kitchen was better equipped than most AirBNBs these days - utensils, dishes, cookware, and washing up supplies. Hotel has a REAL GYM, probably the best I've seen in a reasonably priced hotel. Vanessa took care of us at the front desk this time. My wife and I have been coming here for 13 years. I called and let this know it was my wife's birthday and if they could maybe put a happy birthday card on the pillow that would be great. They did so much more!!!! Banner on our door birthday bag of treats. Card balloons. Everything! We stay here about 10-13 nights per year and Vegas has plenty of options but this place is the only one on the strip that feels like our home away from home.

I was disappointed with my stay at Hilton Vacation Club Polo Towers Las Vegas. For about $120 per night, I expected much better. Here are the issues I experienced: The bathroom sink drained very slowly. The kitchen sink also drained very slowly. There were no bath slippers or a bath mat to use after showering. The coffee maker was very dirty. It took nearly 30 minutes for the shower water to become warm. The room did not include complimentary bottled water. The room was clean and comfortable. Beware of deceptive practices. What is listed as a “studio” is so small that a queen bed barely fits in the room with space to walk around the bed. I shared my concerns with VIP check-in who is very eager to upsell me but I got a “too bad, so sad” attitude, saying “we list the square feet of the room and you should have noticed.” Not exactly.
