Very professional and friendly personal.
The only thing I will suggest the management is replacing the mattresses, we got 2 rooms and both of the mattresses are way too wear down!!
I just had a great time. My kids had a great time. That makes me even happier. But I do wish they had brooms and dustpens in the room And they let the kids go down the water slide slide with their flotation vest on that would have been great. But unfortunately their rule is no vest or no slide.
We arrived in Las Vegas excited to begin our vacation, but unfortunately our stay at Cancun Resort Las Vegas (formerly Diamond Resort) was a major disappointment. As Hilton Grand Vacations owners, we've stayed at several HGV properties over the years, including Myrtle Beach, and this resort simply does not reflect the quality we've come to expect.
