Poolside views go toe to toe with anywhere else- the issue is a needed re-dux. Old carpets ( they don’t smell- just vintage…and the shower looked patched . Balcony room was great but the grass cutting every morning, early- changed the tenor of the trip. Not enough sleep- I’m on vacation! My wife and I loved our 3 day visit! The pool is marvelous. Service at the bar was very nice, great drinks! Accessibke to all of Tucson. A real resort, not just a hotel. We will return!

We booked months in advance. Got here and the bellman and front desk woman (Lisa) were beyond nice and friendly. We were told we were in room 1508 - a “villa with no one above or below.” We walked in and it stank of mold/mildew/musk. It hit you like a slap in the face when you opened the door. They moved us and they were quick about it. Room 2222. No smell. Beds are comfy. Pillows are feather. I asked for robes and they are HEAVENLY, although it took over an hour for them to bring them up.
