I have stayed here continuously for two months in the past, and the experience back then was genuinely excellent. The service was great, professional, and reliable. Over the years, I have returned and stayed here more than 20 times, always with a very positive impression. One incident that really stood out was when my son accidentally left his iPad here. This hotel is a complete joke and management does nothing. They claim they inform people of the extremely LOUD renovations that they start at 7:30am on a Saturday but they 1000% do not. The manager on duty points to a sign on the opposite end of the check in desk and says it’s right here and there is also a notice in your room which there is absolutely nothing in our room to say that they will be starting renovations.
