Hilton Toronto Markham is an absolutely amazing hotel. The lobby is beautiful, with a magnificent view of the entrance that really sets the tone as soon as you walk in. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive, and they made one of the best Campari spritzes I’ve had in a long time. The rooms were great—very comfortable and well-appointed. Tanya was absolutely fantastic checking me in, very friendly & professional, great representative for the Hilton brand. It’s not often you encounter such a high level of customer service! Liz was also very friendly at the front desk too. Highly recommend this location, it’s very clean too!
We stayed in a spacious two-bedroom suite and appreciated the thoughtful fruit basket and card provided during our stay while the hotel was undergoing construction. After checkout, there was a miscommunication, and once I contacted the hotel, Mohit Singh, Grace at the front desk, and Manager Marcos communicated with me professionally and consistently until the matter was resolved.
