Great location and beautiful hotel!I have stayed at this and other Embassy Suites in the past and are great values. Part of the value is the breakfast included with your stay. This weekend was the worst experience for service that I have ever seen in all my visits at ES. Particularly they only had ONE server serving what could have been self serve and sped up the huge line of guests waiting. Unacceptable service and hope they improve quickly. I'll certainly consider other SFO options next time.

I have done some many family celebration at Embassy Suite in Burlingame service is awesome I really love to go there with family to have a brunch people is so nice!
