The rooms are spacious. Breakfast is the best. Been here only 1 day out of 3. Enjoying it
Avoid this place like the plague. Their desk clerks are incompetent and wound up billing both our own room and a total stranger's room to our credit card on April 30. Two months late and the credit card companies are still trying to work out!!!!
Unwilling to provide King room that was GUARANTEED with our reservation on 5/17/2016. Said it wasn't their fault, too many people had stayed over. Took a whopping $50 off a $290 room bill....whoopee. Unable to fix A/C in room, even after two attempts by maintenance technician. Upon checkout, was told it would be working later that day...and that helped our hot, humid night in the room how??? Arrived about 7pm Friday, friendly yet distracted staff. No problems with our room. Secure and great location
Why do they charge $ 22.00 for parking? There were all of these open parking spaces
They charge for parking now. Nice place rooms are medium level nice. Food at bar is strangely named and way overpriced. For 22 a car my money will go elsewhere. Trash cans by the front door overflowing. Trash all over the front entry. Funny how once I called Hilton Honors it was cleaned up. Get control over the property and once you have that get the place cleaned up. Fix the menu at the bar. Put up a gate at the entry. Then charge for parking.
Probably the nicest hotel I have been to in recent memory. The staff was great, particularly Shannen at check in and Stacy as the happy hour bartender! The room was immaculate, the view was out of this work(bayside) and the amenities were more than 5 stars. I'all on stay here in the Bay Area from now on!
