Excellent downtown location with phenomenal food. Skylar tipped us off to a secret menu item we will have to get next time, French fry queso nachos! The steak is got was so tender I could cut it with my fork, and the burger was excellent! Not a truffle gralic fry left after we finished our meal. The room was quiet and well portioned with a separate sink area to get ready in, away from the toilet and shower. It was a very easy walk to petco park for the concert and the view of the bay was beautiful!

Nice place, great location. However, not happy with how they do the final bill. On check-in I was told that as Hilton gold member I get free water (which is correct as per Hilton website). After check-out and after I am already long gone, they update my invoice and charge me $10 for two bottled waters. Emailed them, no reply. Come on, Hilton, do you really want to lose a faithful customer for $10?

Diamond business members beware!Very disappointed with the high parking charges and especially being charged for late check out. There was not even a conversation about my need for a late checkout (business meeting), but I was charged. Very disappointing. In addition, the room was short on linens and required 3 calls and 45 minutes to receive more linens. Needless to say, I will never return to this property.

Josephine the housekeeper was very helpful towards myself and family. Anything we needed she assisted. We stayed there for the UA convention and she's was the best 👌 👍 😍

My family and I were visiting from Las Vegas to celebrate our little girl’s birthday, and we stayed at this property from August 5th–7th. The location was perfect—it was close to everything, which made getting around so easy and convenient.
