Loft room is very nice
Great location, staff are super friendly. Ashley was a rockstar at the front desk. Rooms are spacious and clean. Can be noisy a bit due to the hotel location.
Nice property, disappointing service. My wife, adult daughter and I booked a suite for the first weekend in January 2026 and everything was fine till it was bedtime. Our daughter opened the sofa bed and discovered a bare mattress with no bedding to be found anywhere in the suite. I understand mistakes happen and so we called down to the front desk to have them send up bedding. It was about 11 pm and the hotel wasn’t busy.
