I had a very unsatisfactory experience at this hotel. I was charged for two bottles of water that I did not request, and this charge was duplicated. Furthermore, the hotel appears to charge for every minor request; for instance, when I asked to warm a bottle of milk for my infant, I was informed that I would need to rent a microwave. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Unprofessional staff , Xavier at the front desk extremely rude--needs remodeling, old smelly carpet, soiled bedding : blood stains. Noisy. Dog hair.

Hell but even worse! Xavier front desk ex prison guard personality. Rooms dirty, beds uncomfortable. Everyone unprofessional. Rude. Rooms noisy. Stay on a bus bench or airport floor where you will get better nicer people.

Terrible: beds uncomfortable, noisy, room dirty. Everything old. Complaints to front desk are useless --they could care less--Xavier the worst. Stay at Sheraton!

Bring an exterminator--bed bugs and spiders. Dirty and I complained to Xavier at the front and he could care less. Rude beyond anything you can imagine--you would get more compassion from a prison guard. Noisy, twenty year old room. Stay at the Sheraton --do NOT make my mistake.
