Beautiful location and good amenities. Unfortunately the service is extremely sub par. I paid for two nights and my flight was delayed overnight and I arrived at about 745 am the following day. When I arrived I found out I had not only been charged for the room, but my remaining night was cancelled. I had to rebook, and then couldn't check in til 4 pm. I'm running on no sleep on a back to back flight day, and have to head directly to a customer meeting with no shower or ability to just put a few things in my room, despite pa... read more

We drove 7 hours and finally got to the hotel at 3:20pm. We had a 2 year old baby so we expected to have our room ready when we checked in (their check-in time is 3pm) but they asked us to wait for 1 hour because the room was not ready. They blame for the big amount of guests they had the previous night. But was it our fault? We paid in advance, we didn’t check-in early, it was their job to have our room ready by the check-in time.
