I got my hair died here a few months ago after being blonde for a while. I asked for a brown filler then brown dye and the stylist insisted on a red one. Ignoring my wishes she put the red fill on my entire head, not just the blonde. Then once she actually died my hair, my roots were a completely lighter (RED) color than the rest of my hair which was a muddy brown. Place is amazing! Best massage ever....
I purchased 2 groupons for Swedish massages well over a year and half ago and have yet been able to use them. I scheduled an appointment at one time using the voucher and had to cancel about a week before the appointment. They said no problem, just call back when you would like to re-schedule. I have since tried to re-schedule about 5 times, but have been unable to due to the spa turning me down to the “used” vouchers.
