Nice place and rooms were modern and clean.
We went for a weekend. Absolutely delightful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We has a slight problem with our shower, and the front desk took care of it professionally and promptly. It's near a lot of restaurants and a grocery store (which is quite helpful when you suddenly realize you forgot to pack toothpaste). The decor is a bit odd (the elevators look like they were transported off the set of "Metropolis"). If that's the worst thing you can say about a hotel, you're great.
Stayed here on November 8th. James, the Director of Rooms, is a true example of great hospitality — super professional and genuinely helpful. I really hope the company recognizes his efforts! A couple of things could’ve been better though. At dinner, the lady working in the restaurant didn’t seem familiar with the team member discount process.
